Understand Membership Levels and Progress

Open the programme rules and look at the activity that counts toward a level. It may use a defined points measure or another stated qualification. Read the measurement period and whether a level must be maintained, rather than assuming progress lasts indefinitely.

Compare the benefits listed for the level you actually hold with those for later levels. A chart describing higher membership does not mean that every account already receives those rewards or account options.

Use Benefits According to Their Own Terms

Read how each benefit is claimed, when it expires and what unit it uses. Cashback, promotional credit and account service features can have different conditions. A reward associated with membership may still have restrictions separate from ordinary deposited funds.

If a benefit is missing, retain the programme level, the relevant period and the claim record when contacting help. Review the whole session cost when deciding whether to pursue a qualification; the programme does not determine game outcomes.

Read the Conditions Attached to a Reward

Look for the eligible account, qualifying activity, expiry and the games in which the reward can be used. If a wagering condition is shown, read what amount it applies to and which play contributes toward it. Do not assume that all titles or all stake sizes count equally.

A reward can have conditions separate from ordinary cash in the account. Read the withdrawal and cancellation terms before claiming it, especially if you intend to request a payout during the same session.

Understand Which Balance You Are Using

An available balance, a pending transaction and promotional credit can represent different amounts. Open the account details to see what can be used or withdrawn at that stage. A reward animation or receipt for a submitted request does not by itself show that money is ready to receive.

Read any conditions attached to restricted credit before choosing an action. Keep the amount, unit and status together when comparing the account screen with an earlier receipt or a game result.

Compare the Whole Session, Not One Return

Add the settled returns for the session and subtract the stakes and costs recorded for that same activity. If the total stakes were Rs 700 and total returns were Rs 600, the game result is a Rs 100 loss before separate charges.

Deposits add funds to the account and withdrawals move funds out. Keep those transfers separate from the calculation of game results so that the same money is not counted twice. Pending or restricted credit is also different from a completed receipt.
